Please allow 4-14 business days processing time before we ship your order.
If you have an upcoming special occasion please make sure to place your order in enough time to receive your package as we are only able to expedite shipping, NOT our processing time.

After your order has been shipped please refer to Australia Post regarding and shipping and delivery updates.
When an order is in the hands of Australia Post, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address per your entry. If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if a product has a major problem.
A product is considered to have a major problem if:
- it cannot be worn or styled as intended
- it is significantly different from the description
- it is substantially defective
For minor issues, we may offer a repair, replacement, or exchange at our discretion.
All items must be returned for assessment before a remedy is provided.
Once approved, refund processing may take up to 21 business days. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in your account

Other Services- Wig Colouring
Clients must drop off their wig within 7 days of purchasing a colouring service. If the wig is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled and a store credit will be issued (no refunds).
