If you have an upcoming special occasion please make sure to place your order in enough time to receive your package as we are only able to expedite shipping, NOT our processing time.

After your order has been shipped please refer to Australia Post regarding and shipping and delivery updates.
When an order is in the hands of Australia Post, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address per your entry. If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds. Please ensure that you are ordering the correct lengths and quantities at checkout.
Exchanges are permitted if there has been a mistake on our behalf. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service email at support@tressedcollection.com. Exchanges must be made within 4 days after you have received your item. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.
Once we received your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you once the new item has been shipped out to you along with a tracking number.
